The lack of mounting holes has been one of my pet peeves for the Moteino, Pro Mini, etc. It does seem like a rather large (but good looking) enclosure for the board size. What is it about THAT enclosure? It may be worth another look, maybe rearranging some parts, but overall, I'm definitely pro-enclosure! Realistically, though, you're ULPNode is quite a bit larger than some of the tiny clones, but it comes with a lot of bells and whistles. Maybe the tiniest enclosure isn't as important.
